aside from entering politics
go and work at university or TAFE
I am sure if u move back to Newcastle, Hunter Street TAFE would fall over themselves if you let it be known you want some work.
I mean seriously $60 an hour !!
I am sure some educational institution will wet themselves if you let it be known your on the market

No practical suggestions, but the ‘between contracts’ moment reminds me how much I’d love to see a serious discussion of participatory/diy/mash up cultural production from an economic perspective.

If you are an artist working outside or disrupting economic systems where art can be sold as a commodity or licensed in return for a royalty, how do you get money?

While i might have still been in my pyjamas by mid-afternoon, i haven’t actually got to cleaning my own bathroom yet.

I’ll give it another week or two and if the bank account is still plunging i’ll consider swapping cleaning bathroom for food.

It’s a challenge. Can’t call it fresh really. Not sure we can pay you much.
